Within the SALIENT project, BAX supports WP2 (Structural Concepts Design and Optimization) in Task 2.1 by mainly contributing to the LCC part and WP8 (Management) in processing the management and implementation to build innovation functions and monitor the progress of innovation development. In addition, BAX leads WP7 (Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication) by chairing the development of the exploitation plan, including the analysis of the project key results with risk assessment and the identification of the IPR management strategy updated by the Innovation Board. BAX chairs the liaison office, which aims to join forces of close and proactive collaboration with ongoing projects and long-established relationships with international companies, initiatives, and networks. Also, BAX supports the business model creation, including the SWOT analysis.
